Did everyone go to the 30% off wine sale today at Jacob Liquor?? We did! Then we opened one of our new bottles at our family New Year’s Day party. And we need to share it with you, because it’s wonderful.
We present:
M.C.K. Syrah, Boushey Vineyard, Yakima Valley 2021

Luckily for us, we ran into our buddy Adam, who used to work for Jacob Liquor but now works at Grace Hill. He highly recommended this wine, and we’re grateful he did. Washington makes such delicious Syrah!!
This little beauty smells like Syrah: smoky and meaty, like a barbecue grill or a campfire. It’s smooth but peppery with big plum and raspberry flavors. There are even hints of grilled herbs. There are so many flavors and so much going on, and it’s so fun and warming to drink! We highly recommend this. We’re going back to get more!
This sells for $44 at Jacob Liquor. GO GET SOME, if we don’t get it all first!
